Medicare
Physiotherapy sessions are available under a GP Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan (MBS item 10960). A referral from your GP is required to access Medicare rebates.

DVA
DVA-funded sessions are available for eligible veterans under Gold and White cards.

NDIS
Physiotherapy sessions are available to NDIS participants (self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed).

Private
Private fee-for-service sessions will be available for clients without Medicare, DVA, or NDIS funding.

Private health insurance
River Physio does not currently offer on-site private health fund rebate processing. Patients pay in full and submit their receipt to their insurer for reimbursement.
Payment & cancellation
Accepted: Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Private
Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. Late cancellation terms — to be confirmed.
