Fees are for a standard 50-minute session and sit well below the APS recommended fee of $311. With a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan referral, Medicare rebates up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Other funding
- NDIS — psychology sessions are $252.99 with no gap to pay.
- DVA & Open Arms — fully covered for eligible clients; no out-of-pocket cost.
- Private (no referral) — the standard fee applies with no Medicare rebate; check any coverage with your health fund.
Payment & cancellations
Session fees are payable before your appointment, processed securely through Halaxy, and we handle Medicare rebates for you.
If you need to change or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can. A fee applies for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance — we’ll always talk you through this beforehand. (NDIS cancellations follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements: 2 clear business days’ notice.)
